About the campus
Why Nam Thang Binh leads the Vietnam program
Nam Thang Binh is the campus we are moving first. It sits in Da Nang, on the central coast, on a campus developed with NTB Industrial Park JSC. Founder and Chairman Jimmy Lee leads the project, with Quat Bao, CEO of PacinfraX Vietnam, running delivery on the ground.
The campus grows in phases. Phase 1 delivers 20 MW of IT load, targeted 2026–2027, so your first racks can be planned against a date. Later phases add halls on the same campus, up to 200 MW, without moving what is already built.
200 MW, 20 MW and industrial park setting
- 200 MW planned on one campus in Da Nang.
- 20 MW of IT load in phase 1, targeted 2026–2027.
- Industrial park setting with a local development partner.
Fit
Who Nam Thang Binh is for
Choose Nam Thang Binh if you need capacity earliest. Phase 1 is the nearest block in the Vietnam program, and it suits a first deployment of GPU clusters that can grow into later halls.
Teams planning a larger Vietnam footprint can start here and add Dak Lak, Nam Phu Yen or Dinh An later under the same design review and the same point of contact.
What you can build here
Three delivery models at Nam Thang Binh
-
Build-to-suit
We design a hall to your rack density, cooling method and schedule, then build it. This suits operators with a defined deployment.
-
Powered shell
You receive an energized building with power and cooling plant in place, and your team fits out the white space.
-
AI colocation
You place racks in a liquid-cooling-ready hall and we operate the facility. See AI colocation.
Every model uses the same reference hall: redundant A and B power feeds, a liquid-cooling-ready floor plan, a carrier-neutral network room and layered security. Compare them on AI data centers.
Power planning
Power planning is scoped per site with the tenant
Each Vietnam site has its own conditions, so the power plan for Nam Thang Binh is scoped with the tenant. You share your load, timeline and cooling method, and our team confirms the power approach for the hall you choose before design is fixed. Read the principles on data center power infrastructure.
