At 200 MW it is matched in size to the lead campus at Nam Thang Binh, which makes it a natural second location for teams that want two regions inside Vietnam.
The hall design is the same as at every PacinfraX location: separate A and B power feeds, a liquid-cooling-ready floor plan, a carrier-neutral network room and layered security. Your engineers review it once, then apply it at Dinh An and at any other site you add.

Nam Thang Binh in Da Nang and Dinh An in Vinh Long province are both 200 MW sites, in different regions of Vietnam. Taken together they let one tenant place capacity on the central coast and in the Mekong Delta under one plan.
A typical pairing starts at Nam Thang Binh, where phase 1 delivers 20 MW of IT load, targeted 2026–2027, and adds Dinh An as the second region as demand grows. Both sites use the same reference hall, so your engineers review it once. You keep one design review and one point of contact across both.
