PacinfraX investor relations
PacinfraX develops and operates power-first AI data center campuses — energized capacity for hyperscalers, AI labs, neoclouds and enterprises across the United States and Vietnam. This page sets out our thesis, how we develop each campus and how to reach our investor relations team at [email protected].
Thesis
Power-first is the shortest path to AI capacity
AI workloads need large blocks of power on a known date. We plan the power path and the hall as one project, so every megawatt we contract comes with its power source. Bridge-to-grid design connects each campus to the utility network when the connection arrives.

-
Power decides the date
AI capacity is gated by power. We secure on-site natural gas generation, battery storage or an already-powered site first, so each campus energizes on its construction schedule rather than the interconnection queue.
-
Phased 10–50 MW blocks
Campuses are organized into hyperscale blocks of 10–50 MW. Each block is designed, built and energized as a unit, and the next block reuses the land, power plan and design basis of the first.

Two regions, three markets
An AI campus in development in South ERCOT, Texas; Minnesota, powered industrial site; and PacinfraX Vietnam, with four site agreements signed.
How we develop
One developer-operator, four disciplined steps
Diagram: delivery phases from requirement to operations
Site and power control
Land agreements and a power path are secured together before design starts.
Design basis
Liquid-cooling-ready halls and redundancy set per hall, matched to the customer workload.
Build with EPC partners
Power plant and halls are built in parallel by experienced EPC partners to one design.
Energize and operate
Each block is energized, handed over with full documentation and operated by PacinfraX.
Our four businesses share this platform: AI data centers, colocation and hosting, power infrastructure and a hydrogen and ammonia development program.
Platform and team
Campuses, milestones and the people who lead them
PacinfraX Vietnam signed four site agreements with companies of BIN Corporation, announced on , at Nam Thang Binh in Da Nang, Dak Lak, Nam Phu Yen Economic Zone and Dinh An in Vinh Long province. Read the full Vietnam site agreements announcement.
