PacinfraX Corporation ("PacinfraX", "we", "us") operates this website. Our headquarters is Newport Gateway Tower II, 19900 MacArthur Blvd, Suite 915, Irvine, CA 92612, United States. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice.
What we collect
When you use the contact form or email us, we collect the details you provide:
- your name and company;
- your work email address and phone number;
- the message you write, including any capacity, location or partnership details you share.
When your browser requests a page, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. We use these records to keep the site secure and working. This site runs no advertising trackers and sets no advertising cookies. Web fonts are served from this site; no third-party font service is contacted.
Chat and messaging
The chat button on this site opens a short menu of direct channels: WhatsApp, phone, email and the contact form. If you choose WhatsApp, your message goes through WhatsApp, which handles it under its own privacy terms. When we switch on a live chat service, its window loads only after we configure that provider, and the provider processes your chat messages on our instructions. When the contact form posts to a form service rather than straight to our inbox, that service receives the fields you submit, the page you sent them from and any campaign tags in the page address, and passes them to our team.
How we use it
- to read, route and answer your request;
- to follow up on a capacity, partnership, investor or career conversation you started;
- to keep a record of our correspondence with you;
- to protect the site and our business against misuse and to meet legal obligations.
We do not use your details for automated decisions about you, and we do not sell or share them for cross-context advertising.
Who can see it
The PacinfraX team members who handle your request can read it. Our team works from Irvine, Singapore, Hong Kong and Ho Chi Minh City, so your message can be viewed outside the country where you sent it. Service providers who host the site and carry our email process your details only on our instructions. We will share information with authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your message and contact details for as long as we are in conversation with you, and afterwards only as long as we need them for follow-up questions, legal obligations or the defense of legal claims. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.
Your California privacy rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, California residents can ask us to:
- tell them what personal information we hold about them and how we use it;
- correct personal information that is wrong;
- delete personal information we hold about them;
- confirm that we do not sell or share their personal information.
We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, email [email protected] with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We will confirm your identity using the email address you used with us, and an authorized agent can act for you with your written permission. Residents of other places can use the same route, and we will honor the rights their local law gives them.
Security and children
We protect your details with access controls, encrypted connections and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure, so please leave financial account numbers and government identifiers out of your messages. This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16; we do not knowingly collect their information.
