About PacinfraX
PacinfraX develops and operates power-first AI data center campuses — energized capacity for hyperscalers, AI labs, neoclouds and enterprises across the United States and Vietnam. We build on-site generation, battery storage and liquid-cooling-ready halls as one project, so your capacity energizes without waiting on the grid.

Mission
We develop the power and the data hall as one project, so power is planned for every megawatt we sell.
Vision
Generation, storage and compute built together at the point of use, in the markets where AI demand is growing fastest.
Why PacinfraX
The power path is locked in before the first rack. On-site generation and powered sites replace years in the grid queue.
A 1,200 MW pipeline across four sites in Vietnam, plus an AI campus in development in South ERCOT, Texas, and Minnesota, powered industrial site.
Build-to-suit, powered shell, colocation in 10–50 MW blocks, power infrastructure and hydrogen and ammonia.
Local partners such as the BIN Corporation companies, direct work with authorities, and leaders who have built infrastructure and capital at scale.

What we do
We secure the energy path before anything else: on-site natural gas generation, battery storage and a bridge to the grid. Your halls energize on the project schedule, not the interconnection queue.
We run the program end to end. Experienced EPC firms, equipment suppliers and technology partners deliver their scope, so you get one accountable developer.
We design, energize and run each campus around its tenants: build-to-suit halls, powered shells, hyperscale blocks of 10–50 MW, and AI and GPU colocation in liquid-cooling-ready halls.
Safety comes first on every site, for our teams, our contractors and our neighbors. We build to local codes and permits and keep regulators informed at each stage. We work with local partners and authorities in every market, so each campus strengthens the community around it.

How we work
The same PacinfraX team carries a campus from the first site walk to the day your racks draw power. Nothing is handed over between separate developers, landlords and power companies along the way.
We secure land and the power path together: on-site natural gas generation and battery storage, or an already-powered site.
Our engineers set density, cooling and redundancy hall by hall with the customer's own team, liquid-cooling-ready from the first drawing.
EPC partners build the power plant and the halls at the same time, to one design and one schedule.
Each 10–50 MW block is tested, energized and handed over with full documentation, then operated by PacinfraX.
