Jimmy Lee is a global venture capitalist and infrastructure developer. His investment and EPC experience spans more than 4 GW of solar, wind and data center capacity across Asia.
As Co-Founder & Chairman, Jimmy sets the direction of PacinfraX and its key partnerships. He personally leads development of the 200 MW Nam Thang Binh campus in Da Nang, where phase 1 targets 20 MW of IT load in 2026–2027.

Benjamin Tran brings more than 25 years across M&A, capital markets, private equity and merchant banking. He is a cross-border investor and technology executive.
Benjamin founded a BESS and solar developer that built a 3 GW+ pipeline. As Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer, he leads PacinfraX across the United States and Vietnam, pairing power-first engineering with the financing discipline that large AI campuses demand. For customers, that means one team accountable from site to energized hall.

Anchor tenants, global business development and IT services
Charlie Rosenberry brings more than 30 years in value-based sales, enterprise architecture and technology consulting, with senior leadership roles at Siemens, Hewlett-Packard, Tata, Pomeroy and Unisys, where he contributed to several billion dollars of revenue in cloud computing, data center and AI solutions.
As head of global business development, Charlie identifies, qualifies and brings anchor data center tenants to PacinfraX campuses, through direct selling and specializt leasing advisers.

The Vietnam platform and its four sites
Quat Bao is a Silicon Valley technology veteran with decades of experience across solar, wind and AI chipsets. He combines deep technology knowledge with structured finance and EPC experience on solar, BESS and AI data center projects in the US, APAC and Europe.
As CEO of PacinfraX Vietnam, Quat leads the company in a market with a 1,200 MW pipeline across four sites signed with BIN Corporation companies: Nam Thang Binh, Dak Lak, Nam Phu Yen and Dinh An. He leads our customer and partner work in Vietnam.
