Partner with PacinfraX on AI data center campuses

PacinfraX partners with EPC firms, suppliers, landowners, technology companies and governments to build powered AI data center campuses in Texas, Minnesota and Vietnam. Pick your route below, tell us what you bring, and a named lead replies with a clear next step.

Four ways to partner

Find your route

Every campus we build combines land, power, construction and technology. Here is where you fit and what we look for.

Construction crews and cranes working on a data center campus site

EPC firms and suppliers

Build with a developer that brings the site, the power plan and the customer requirement on day one. You get clear scopes, early design input and phased work across three markets.

What we look for
  • Proven delivery of large electrical, mechanical or civil packages
  • Teams ready to mobilize in Texas, Minnesota or Vietnam
  • Safety and quality systems you can show us

Landowners and brokers

We buy and lease land for data centers and turn it into powered land ready for AI campuses. Send us the location, acreage and nearest power or gas supply, and we move quickly to a site review.

What we look for
  • Large, level parcels near transmission lines or gas pipelines
  • Clear title and room for phased growth
  • Road, water and fiber access

Technology partners

Put your systems into campuses designed for AI from the first drawing. We look for partners in cooling, power, storage and hydrogen and ammonia.

What we look for
  • Liquid cooling and high-density rack systems
  • Gas generation, battery storage and grid equipment
  • Hydrogen and ammonia process technology

Governments and utilities

Bring investment, jobs and new electrical load to your region on a plan built with you. We engage early on power, permits and community priorities.

What we look for
  • Regions ready to welcome large new electrical load
  • Utilities planning generation, storage or grid upgrades
  • Agencies focused on economic development and skills
Working with governments

Every partner works to our supplier standards on safety, quality, ethics and local law.

What you get

What partnering with PacinfraX gives you

Every campus brings land, power, construction, technology and offtake together under one developer-operator. Partners join a program with a power plan and a schedule set from the start.

What partnering gives each type of partner
  • Landowners and brokers: a developer that turns a parcel near power or gas into a powered AI campus, with a clear site agreement and phased growth.
  • EPC firms: defined scopes, early design input and phased packages across Texas, Minnesota and Vietnam.
  • Technology partners: halls designed for liquid cooling, storage and generation from the first drawing, so your systems go in as designed.
  • Suppliers: we plan equipment needs block by block, for electrical, mechanical and power equipment across phased 10–50 MW blocks.

For landowners

How we screen a site

Send us the location and we review it against the same criteria every time. A strong submission answers these questions up front:

The four questions a strong site submission answers
  • Where is the nearest transmission line, substation or gas pipeline?
  • How large and level is the parcel, and is there room to grow in phases?
  • Is title clear, and what is the zoning and permitting path?
  • What road, water and fiber access does the site have?

Our data center site selection checklist covers every criterion in detail.

Questions

Partner FAQ

What kinds of partners does PacinfraX work with?

We work with EPC contractors and equipment suppliers, landowners and brokers, technology companies, and governments and utilities. Each group has its own route and a named lead on our side.

Where are you building?

We are developing an AI campus in South ERCOT, Texas, and a powered industrial site in Minnesota. In Vietnam, we have a 1,200 MW pipeline across four sites.

How do I offer land for a data center?

Use the form below and choose Landowner or broker. Share the location, acreage and the nearest power line or gas supply, and our team reviews every site submitted.

Which email should I use?

Landowners, brokers, EPC firms and technology partners write to [email protected]. Equipment and materials suppliers write to [email protected]. Public agencies and utilities write to [email protected].

2 more questions
What happens after I submit a site?

We screen it against our site selection criteria: power or gas nearby, parcel size and shape, access, water and fiber, and the local permitting path. If it fits, we arrange a site visit and agree the terms of a site agreement.

Are you looking for hydrogen and ammonia partners?

Yes. Our hydrogen and ammonia program is in development beside campus power, for industrial and marine buyers. We are looking for technology partners and offtakers.

Building AI capacity of your own?

Tell us the megawatts, market and timeline you need. A capacity lead replies directly.
