About the site
Why Dak Lak suits long-range growth
Dak Lak is the largest of our four Vietnam sites at 500 MW, which is 500 of the 1,200 MW planned in the program. The site sits at Ea Wer in the Central Highlands, and the site agreement is signed with a company of BIN Corporation.
Scale is the point of this site. A plan of this size lets a single tenant stage deployment across several hall blocks, so the first block does not cap what you can build later.
500 MW, ea Wer, Dak Lak and room for hall blocks
- 500 MW planned, the largest site in the program.
- Ea Wer, Dak Lak in the Central Highlands.
- Room for hall blocks staged over a long runway.
Fit
Who Dak Lak is for
Choose Dak Lak if your roadmap runs to hundreds of megawatts. It suits hyperscalers and AI labs that want to reserve a long runway now and fill it in stages.
If you need capacity sooner, start at Nam Thang Binh and keep Dak Lak for the next stage; both use the same reference hall and one design review.
Phasing a large reservation
How a reservation of several hundred MW is phased in blocks
A reservation at Dak Lak is not built in one step. We agree the total envelope with you at the start, then deliver it block by block, so each block is sized to load you have confirmed rather than load you expect.
The order of work is the same for every block. The first block is sized to your initial load. The power plan is scoped for the whole reservation from the start, so later blocks extend it instead of redesigning it. Each new block begins with a design review against your current plan, and starts when you confirm demand.
Envelope, first block, gate and extension
- Envelope. The total capacity you want to hold over the life of the plan.
- First block. Sized to your initial load and fit-out model.
- Gate. A design review before each following block.
- Extension. New blocks reuse the reference hall and the site power plan.
Tell us the envelope and the first block when you request capacity, and our team sends a phasing proposal.
