Planned AI data center campus with power infrastructure in Vietnam

IRVINE, Calif. — — PacinfraX Vietnam, the Vietnam company of PacinfraX, has signed site agreements with companies of BIN Corporation for four locations in Vietnam. Together the sites carry 1,200 MW of planned AI data center capacity, built on the PacinfraX power-first model.

The pipeline is led by Nam Thang Binh in Da Nang, a 200 MW campus developed with NTB Industrial Park JSC. Its first phase targets 20 MW of IT load in 2026–2027. The other three sites are Dak Lak (Ea Wer) at 500 MW, the Nam Phu Yen Economic Zone at 300 MW, and Dinh An in Vinh Long province at 200 MW.

What it means for customers

Every site follows the PacinfraX power-first model. We plan generation, storage and the data hall together, so capacity energizes on the project schedule instead of waiting for grid upgrades. Hyperscalers, AI labs, neoclouds and enterprises can reserve build-to-suit halls, powered shells or hyperscale blocks of 10–50 MW.

The Vietnam pipeline also gives customers a second market alongside our campuses in South ERCOT, Texas, and Minnesota. Teams can place AI training and inference across the United States and Southeast Asia with one developer. Local partners, local leadership

PacinfraX Vietnam is led by Quat Bao, CEO, PacinfraX Vietnam, with offices in Ho Chi Minh City. Founder & Chairman Jimmy Lee leads development of Nam Thang Binh. Working with BIN Corporation companies gives each campus local partners who know the land, the authorities and the communities around it.
