Request capacity. Talk to a person.

Tell us what you need and a member of the PacinfraX team replies within two business days. Pick your role below, send the details that matter, and we come back with a call, a design review and a proposal for power-first AI data center capacity in Texas, Minnesota or Vietnam.

What to have ready for the first call

The first call goes further when you bring these seven points. Rough numbers work; we refine them together in the design review.

The seven points to bring to the first call
  • IT load. Day-one load and where you expect it to be in two to three years, in racks or megawatts.
  • Density per rack. Power per rack for your GPU clusters, plus storage and network racks that sit beside them.
  • Timeline. The quarter you need power on, and whether you can take capacity in phases.
  • Market. Texas, Minnesota, Vietnam or open. Tell us about latency or data residency needs.
  • Delivery model. Build-to-suit, powered shell, hall lease or rack colocation, or ask us to compare them.
  • Cooling. Air, rear-door heat exchangers or direct-to-chip liquid cooling, and the supply temperature your hardware expects.
  • Network. Carriers, cross-connects and cloud on-ramps your cluster needs on day one.

Writing a formal request? Use our guide on how to write an RFP for AI capacity, see what 50 MW of AI capacity looks like, or follow the steps for moving your servers into colocation.

Questions

Before you get in touch

Will you sign an NDA before we share details?

Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before you share sensitive workload details or we share site-level design documents. Ask for it in your message or on the first call, and we send our standard form or review yours.

How fast do you reply, and what comes after?

We reply within two business days. Next comes a 30-minute call, then a design review with our engineers, then a written proposal. You set the pace after the first call.

Is there a minimum size?

We work from rack-level colocation up to hyperscale blocks of 10–50 MW and full campus phases. Send your requirement even if it starts small and grows, and we tell you which delivery model fits.

Which countries do you build in, and where can I be based?

We build in the United States, in South ERCOT, Texas and at a powered industrial site in Minnesota, and in Vietnam, where 1,200 MW is planned across four sites. You can be based anywhere; our teams work from Irvine, Singapore, Hong Kong and Ho Chi Minh City.

3 more questions
Which languages can we use?

Write to us in English, the working language of our proposals and design documents. Our Ho Chi Minh City office supports partners in Vietnam. Tell us in your message if you prefer to meet in another language.

How do you handle the data I send?

We use your details only to answer your request and follow up on the conversation you started, as set out in our privacy notice. The site runs no advertising trackers. Write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold.

Can I reach you outside office hours?

Yes. Send a WhatsApp message or submit the form at any hour, from any page through the chat button. Your message reaches the same team, and we reply within two business days.

Need capacity in 2026 or 2027?

Phase 1 at Nam Thang Binh in Vietnam targets 20 MW of IT load in 2026–2027, and our South ERCOT, Texas campus is in development with on-site gas generation and storage.
