Investor Relations Manager, Irvine
The Investor Relations Manager builds and runs the PacinfraX investor relations program from our Irvine headquarters, keeping investors and lenders informed about our power-first AI data center campuses in the United States and Vietnam.
About the role
You are the first point of contact for investors and lenders, and you make sure every conversation rests on clear, consistent and approved information.
Who you work with
You work directly with our Chief Executive Officer and leadership team, our finance team and our communications team, and you coordinate with our teams in Texas and Vietnam on campus milestones. Investors and lenders see you as their first point of contact at PacinfraX.
Responsibilities
- Manage the [email protected] inbox and every investor and lender inquiry.
- Prepare company materials and updates with our Chief Executive Officer and finance team.
- Run the process for approved parties to receive further information under NDA.
- Keep investor materials consistent with the website, news releases and company milestones.
- Organize meetings, site visits and events with investors and lenders.
- Track investor feedback and questions, and report themes to leadership after each round of meetings.
- Coordinate with our Texas and Vietnam teams so investor updates reflect campus progress, including Nam Thang Binh phase 1.
What you bring
- A background in investor relations, capital markets or corporate finance.
- Clear, accurate writing and confident presentation.
- Interest in energy and digital infrastructure.
- Discretion with confidential information.
- The organization to run many relationships and deadlines at once.
