Country Manager, Vietnam
The Country Manager, Vietnam grows PacinfraX Vietnam across a 1,200 MW pipeline at four sites: Nam Thang Binh in Da Nang, Dak Lak, Nam Phu Yen Economic Zone and Dinh An in Vinh Long province, working with partners, authorities and customers.
About the role
You run the day-to-day business of PacinfraX Vietnam with the CEO of PacinfraX Vietnam: customers, partners, authorities and the team that turns four site agreements into energized AI capacity.
Who you work with
You work alongside the CEO of PacinfraX Vietnam and with our leadership in Irvine, our design and power teams, and our partners at each of the four sites. Customers in Vietnam see you as their first point of contact.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial work with hyperscalers, AI labs, neoclouds and enterprises looking for capacity in Vietnam.
- Manage relationships with our partners among the companies of BIN Corporation and with NTB Industrial Park JSC at Nam Thang Binh.
- Work with national and provincial authorities on approvals and investment matters for each site.
- Coordinate the Vietnam team and partners against the plan for Nam Thang Binh phase 1, 20 MW of IT load targeted for 2026–2027.
- Represent PacinfraX Vietnam with media, industry groups and the business community.
- Report progress and market insight to leadership in Irvine.
What you bring
- Experience leading a business or large projects in Vietnam in infrastructure, energy, telecoms or data centers.
- Experience working with government agencies in Vietnam on approvals.
- The ability to work fluently in Vietnamese and English.
- A commercial mindset paired with care for delivery and compliance.
- Readiness to travel between Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and the other sites.
